The Sandlot

I don't watch a lot of different shows on TV. I do watch a fair bit of TV, though I tend to stick to the same set of shows. Recently, I've added a new one to the rotation, Friday Night Lights (I'm talking about the TV show here, not the movie).

The show airs on NBC though I've yet to see an episode on there. I catch the 5pm daily episode on one of the HD satellite channels, Universal HD. In a nut shell its a present day extension of the movie/book, set in the small rural town of Dillon, Texas. The show is centered around the lives of the Dillon High school football team, The Panthers, and their coach.

I gotta say, I'm hooked. The show has it all; good football action, solid writing and acting. And on top of that, it's got a lot of hot chics and they're sluts. It's great. I know I'm coming off a lil Jon Par here but that's OK.


I think the show is on its third season, but I'm not sure. I also have no idea what season of shows I've been watching but I'm guessing its the second due to certain story lines. I'm either gonna buy the DVD's or have eddie get the episodes for me off the hub, which still exists apparently. Either way it'll be nice to start watching it from the beginning.
